Our Impact.

Because opportunity in the DRC is still shaped by gender, we focus our work on helping girls complete their education and enter male-dominated fields.

By removing barriers to schooling and vocational training and providing sustained mentorship, we support young women to build skills, confidence, earn income, and expand who has access to economic power.

We are still small — and growing with intention:

• 8 girls supported in our pilot year (2024-2025)

• 26 girls are currently enrolled across Kinshasa and Goma (2025-2026)

• 100% engaged in secondary school or vocational training

• Expanding access to training in traditionally male-dominated fields

• Ongoing mentorship and leadership development throughout the year

Growth matters. But depth matters more.
