YWE is committed to strengthening the leadership of girls and young women through training on key themes:

• Detraumatisation

Through regular group sessions and one-on-one mentorship, girls gain confidence, critical thinking skills, and the courage to overcome barriers. They learn to advocate for their rights, stand against gender-based violence, and lead their communities toward positive change.
